Starting from a logistics business project in 2004, and developed into a Strategic Business Unit in 2007, then based on a Notary Deed ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights in Decree No: AHU-08351.AH.0101 on February 17, 2012, Post Logistics Indonesia was officially born as a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).

With a position as a subsidiary, and supported by workers and a professional team in formulating strategies and positioning business, PT Pos Logistik Indonesia is optimistic that it can operate independently to maximize the logistics business opportunities in Indonesia while utilizing the network from Pos Indonesia that has been built throughout Indonesia , with 4,367 branch offices and 33,000 sales points.

PT. Indonesia Property Post was established by Notary Deed No. 35 by Notary Deasi Witanti Kusumaningtyas, SH, Sp N. on December 31, 2013, is a business entity that has a core business of Property with various Business Services. As a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), it is expected to be one of the drivers of the revenue engine and has added value.

In an effort to utilize every business opportunity, PT Pos Properti Indonesia is committed to participate in growing tourism in cities in Indonesia that have great potential, especially in the hospitality industry sector. Increasingly, foreign and domestic tourist visits must be accompanied by the availability of hotel services at affordable rates for the middle class but still able to provide optimal service quality. In addition to the need for hotel services as a stay facility, the need for meeting rooms is also very high along with the rapid business growth, especially in big cities throughout Indonesia.

In 1996 Pos Indonesia formed the Technology and Information Systems Division to manage and develop Intranet networks and Internet businesses known as "Wasantara-Net". Permission as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) provider was obtained by number: KM.33 / PT 102 / MPPT-1996 dated May 7, 1996, and internet services began to be developed in 4 major cities.

With the aim of developing and streamlining internet services, PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in collaboration with PT Quantum Aksesindo Nusantara established PT Bhakti Wasantara Net based on notary deed: Ivonne B Sinyal SH. number 7 dated April 2, 2001.

    Development of the coverage of BWN internet services towards Integrated Internetworking Services Providers and Desktop management, by building capabilities to provide comprehensive IT service solutions supported by the spread of BWN service points in all Post Offices.

  2. Access Channel and Switching System Business
    Develops IT-based Access Channel / POS (Agency, Vending Machine / ATM, EDC, Internet, Mobile, etc.) and provides Switching System needs to support the development of Post outlets).

  3. IT Solutions Business
    Develop various content application services that are in line with future Pos business development (e-logistics, e-document, e-commerce, e-procurement, e-mail, e-finance, etc.).
