Bandung, December 17, 2019 - Various challenges continue to be faced by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), especially in positioning its business in the digital era. Pos Indonesia is preparing a variety of steps and strategies to release all aspects of business in accordance with the needs of today's society with technology-based business infrastructure as the main agenda. One of them is network development through AGENPOS.
As a form of the development of the network, PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) established cooperation with the Head of the Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor). The collaboration was marked by the signing of the collaboration by the Commercial Director of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Charles Sitorus and the General Chairperson of the Ansor Youth Movement Center H. Taqut Cholil Qoumas at PP GP Ansor Central Jakarta Office (17/12).
The scope of this agreement is the Appointment and granting of rights from Pos Indonesia to GP ANSOR in the management of the Post Courier Services Agent operated by GP ANSOR agents. Cooperation in this Agreement applies to all regions in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, where there is a business partner of GP ANSOR with the name GP ANSOR agent. Ansor Youth Movement spread throughout Indonesia, Regional Leaders of GP Ansor found in 34 Provinces, is a potential asset to develop the next generation of the nation by establishing the Agenpos business.
AGENPOS is the concept of network development through a partnership between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) with individuals or business entities in the context of providing postal services more widely to the public. In addition to getting closer to consumers, the existence of AGENPOS is also intended as a form of microeconomic sector distinction through the development of partnership patterns in business. Agenpos operation can be integrated with service facilities owned by partners or other retail businesses.
