Commemorating its 279th Anniversary, Pos Indonesia is Committed to Continuous Innovation

Bandung, August 26, 2025 – PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) or PosIND held its 279th anniversary celebration with the theme "Towards Sustainable Innovation." The event was attended by commissioners, directors, subsidiary leaders, and all PosIND employees at the Pos Indonesia Head Office on Jalan Cilaki, Bandung City, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

The celebration began with a morning assembly and a parade of representatives from each directorate. This activity symbolized the togetherness and dedication of PosIND employees in maintaining the company's existence, which has been in existence for almost three centuries.

The Acting President Director of PT Pos Indonesia, Endy Pattia Rahmadi Abdurrahman, expressed his appreciation to all Pos Indonesia employees for their dedication, hard work, and loyalty that have enabled the company to survive and continue to grow for almost three centuries.

"Today is not just a celebration of the company's anniversary, but also a momentum to strengthen our commitment to consistent and sustainable innovation. Pos Indonesia must be able to meet the challenges of the digital era, changing consumer behavior, and increasingly fierce global competition," said Endy.

Endy emphasized that sustainable innovation is not only related to the creation of new products or services, but also encompasses improving work processes, strengthening corporate culture, and providing added value for customers and society.

The transformation program over the past five years has yielded several important achievements, including improvements in the company's financial condition, the presence of a digital platform that improves public perception, a shift towards a modern logistics company capable of competing globally, as well as numerous awards received at the national level and the development of superior human resources and excellent service.

"Let's use this momentum to continue learning, adapting, and producing the best work. With fast, accurate, safe, and caring services, we will realize Pos Indonesia as a company that is increasingly advanced, competitive, and provides significant benefits to the community," he added.

In closing, Endy encouraged all Pos Indonesia employees to maintain a spirit of togetherness and pride, while continuing to deliver sustainable innovation.

"Pos Indonesia belongs to the nation. Let's nurture it with real work so that it continues to exist, innovate, and contribute to the country now and in the future," he concluded.

The event featured various activities, including performances by each directorate, a booth tour, a karaoke competition, a karaoke battle, and a performance by the PosIND band. These activities fostered employee togetherness and creativity as part of the company's transformation.

The event also featured remarks from the Chief Executive and Acting President Director, and concluded with a final fashion show. The creativity of PosIND employees was showcased through a fashion parade that embodied innovation and a spirit of togetherness.

Finally, the competition winners were announced and door prizes were awarded. Through this 279th anniversary celebration, PosIND affirmed its commitment to growth, adaptation, and providing the best service to the community, with the spirit of "Towards Sustainable Innovation."***
