Connected Vocational Education: Building Vocational-Industry Synergy for the Future

Bandung, August 28, 2025 – PosIND, through its Human Capital Management Directorate, attended VokaNext 2025, organized by the Vocational School of Padjadjaran University. This event served as a strategic platform to connect vocational education with the business, industrial, and professional world (DUDIKA), in order to produce graduates who are relevant to the needs of the times.

The theme of VokaNext 2025 was "Connected Vocational," emphasizing the importance of multi-stakeholder synergy in building career readiness for vocational graduates. This forum provided students with hands-on experience through discussions, interactions, and inspiration from practitioners and industry leaders, including State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).

PosIND's Director of Human Capital Management, Asih Kurniasari Komar, served as one of the speakers and emphasized the strategic role of vocational education in strengthening the nation's competitiveness. In her presentation, Asih emphasized that honesty and determination are the main foundations that young people must possess to compete in the workforce.

"PosIND recognizes that vocational graduates are a vital asset for the nation's progress. Through synergies like VokaNext 2025, we are not only preparing skilled human resources but also building a real bridge between education and the world of work. With honesty and strong will, young Indonesian talent can become the driving force for both companies and the nation," said Asih Kurniasari Komar.

PosIND also provides opportunities for young people to contribute to the growing logistics and postal industry. Through internships, training, and vocational recruitment programs, it is hoped that a generation of qualified human resources will be formed, ready to face challenges, and able to meet the needs of the ever-changing world of work.

Through this activity, it is hoped that continuity will be created between academia and industry, so that vocational graduates possess not only technical competencies but also character values, experience, and a ready-to-use network. VokaNext 2025 is a concrete step towards realizing the vision of "Connected Vocationalization," which supports the sustainable development of Indonesia's human resources.
