Bandung, October 20, 2025 – PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) officially launched the College Graduate Internship Program (MagangHub), a collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker). The opening ceremony was held in a hybrid format, with PT Pos Indonesia staff participating in a joint event with the Ministry of Manpower via Zoom Meeting, while interns attended offline at the PT Pos Indonesia Head Office in Bandung.

The national opening ceremony was attended by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Airlangga Hartarto; the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Yassierli; and the President's Special Envoy for Youth Development and Arts Workers, Raffi Ahmad, along with several relevant officials.

In his remarks, the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Yassierli, stated that the MagangHub Batch 1 Program is a concrete step by the government to develop superior young talent who are ready to enter the workforce and contribute to national development.

"The MagangHub Batch 1 program aims to develop competent, productive young talent who are ready to face global challenges. By improving their skills and gaining work experience, this program is expected to contribute to inclusive economic growth in Indonesia," said Yassierli.

Yassierli added that Batch 1 of the MagangHub program attracted 20,000 participants across Indonesia. Of these, 15,000 participants have been officially confirmed, while the remaining 5,000 will be announced next Wednesday. All participants will undertake a six-month internship program and receive a salary based on the minimum wage in the city/district where they are assigned.

PT Pos Indonesia is one of the companies actively participating in this program, accepting 18 selected participants from a total of 823 applicants. The participants will be guided by 14 mentors from various strategic divisions to deepen their understanding of business operations, management, and the company's digital transformation.

Asih Kurniasari Komar, Director of Human Capital Management at PT Pos Indonesia, also expressed her appreciation for the government's support and the participants' enthusiasm.

"This program is not just a place to learn how to work, but also an opportunity to adapt, communicate, and hone your skills. Over the next six months, we want participants to not only get to know Pos Indonesia but also understand the values, culture, and work ethic we foster," said Asih.

The interns will be placed in several strategic divisions: Operations Digitalization & Quality Assurance, Wholesale and International Projects, HC Development, HC Business Partner, Asset Management & Optimization, Financial Services Marketing, HC Strategy, Operation Cost Management & Partnership, Marketing Retail Business, and the Digital Learning Center.

Following the online national opening, the event at Pos Indonesia Head Office continued with the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between PT Pos Indonesia, represented by Asih Kurniasari Komar, and representatives of the interns. The agenda then continued with mentor introductions and an office tour, giving participants the opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the company's work environment and culture.

Through the MagangHub Program, PT Pos Indonesia is committed to actively contributing to developing superior, competitive human resources who are ready to face the challenges of the modern workplace. This program is also part of Pos Indonesia's support for the government's vision of strengthening an inclusive and sustainable economy in Indonesia.
