Jakarta, November 20, 2025 – Pos Indonesia and SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia officially released their First Shipment to mark the start of Integrated Logistics Services operations, a collaborative model that combines the strengths of the two companies' networks, systems, and operational reliability to provide end-to-end delivery solutions for customers.
The event took place at the Capital Post Office Building, Jalan Gedung Kesenian No. 2, Jakarta, and marked a strategic step in strengthening collaboration in national logistics services. Present at the event were Pos Indonesia's Acting Director of Courier and Logistics Business, Prasabri Pesti; Pos Indonesia's Senior Vice President of Wholesale and International Business, Elan Pramudiansyah; SiCepat's Chief Executive Officer, Barry Lim; and External Affairs Director, Imam Sedayu Pusponegoro.
The release of the first shipment was carried out through a symbolic package handover, followed by a system input and validation process before the shipment was dispatched to the service counter. This moment confirmed that the operational integration of the two companies has been carried out according to agreed service standards.
Through this integrated logistics service, Pos Indonesia and SiCepat combine their respective strengths: distribution network orchestration, more efficient shipment flow management, and the use of a more accurate and transparent tracking system. This solution is designed to provide a more comprehensive service experience for customers—including MSMEs, e-commerce players, and corporations—who require end-to-end delivery services.
Prasabri Pesti, Acting Director of Courier and Logistics Business at Pos Indonesia, emphasized the importance of this momentum.
"The release of this first shipment demonstrates our commitment with SiCepat to provide more efficient, connected logistics services that meet the needs of both corporate and MSME customers. We are optimistic that this collaboration will have a positive impact on the development of Indonesia's logistics ecosystem," he said.
Barry Lim, Chief Executive Officer of SiCepat Ekspres, also stated, "This collaboration will strengthen the national logistics industry to accelerate the growth of the digital economy. With the seamless interconnection between SiCepat and Pos Indonesia, we will be able to serve more customers, even in remote areas of Indonesia."
This collaboration is expected to expand service reach, improve distribution efficiency, and provide a faster and more transparent delivery experience for the public. Furthermore, this step is part of Pos Indonesia and SiCepat's ongoing efforts to support the growth of the digital economy through modern, adaptive, and highly competitive logistics services.
