Pos Indonesia Receives Informative Qualification at the 2025 Public Information Disclosure Awards

Jakarta, December 15, 2025 – After undergoing a continuous process of evaluation, improvement, and assessment over the past several years, Pos Indonesia has successfully achieved the Informative qualification at the 2025 Public Information Disclosure Award held by the Central Information Commission of the Republic of Indonesia.
This award was given to Pos Indonesia as a Public Agency with Informative Qualifications in the 2025 Public Information Disclosure Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) for the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) category. The assessment was conducted comprehensively to assess the public agency's compliance in providing, managing, and conveying information to the public in accordance with the principles of transparency and accountability.
Based on the Monev results, Pos Indonesia scored 90.95 in 2025, officially qualifying for the Informative category. Previously, in 2024, Pos Indonesia was in the Towards Informative stage with a score of 81.40, an increase from 80.83 in 2023 and 25.76 in 2022, which was in the Not Informative category. This achievement demonstrates Pos Indonesia's commitment and consistency in continuously improving its public information disclosure governance.
Before being awarded the Informative qualification, Pos Indonesia underwent several assessment stages, including completing a questionnaire and verifying documents, and presenting directly to the Central Information Commission by the Acting President Director of Pos Indonesia, Haris. All of these stages are crucial to the public information disclosure assessment process.
The award was received by Pos Indonesia Corporate Secretary, Tata Sugiarta, at the Public Information Disclosure Award and the Launch of the 2025 Public Information Disclosure Index (IKIP) held at the Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta.
Pos Indonesia Corporate Secretary, Tata Sugiarta, stated:
"After several attempts to achieve the Informative qualification, this year Pos Indonesia has successfully achieved the Informative qualification. This achievement is the result of collaborative work across all work units in strengthening transparent and accountable public information management and services."
Through this achievement, Pos Indonesia affirms its commitment to continue supporting the implementation of the Public Information Disclosure Law and strengthening good corporate governance amidst the transformation and digitalization of its services.
