Pos Properti Signs Strategic Partnership with APJATEL, Encouraging Equal National Connectivity

Bandung (September 10, 2025) – PT Pos Properti Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), officially signed a partnership agreement with the Association of Telecommunication Network Providers (APJATEL) on Wednesday (September 10, 2025) at the PosIND Head Office in Bandung.

As part of PT Pos Indonesia's transformation, Pos Properti has been mandated to manage and optimize more than 2,900 assets, including buildings, land, and historic structures throughout Indonesia. These assets are considered potential telecommunications infrastructure hubs that can expand digital network coverage to various strategic areas.

PT Pos Properti Indonesia's President Director, Junita Roemawi, emphasized that this partnership is not merely a business partnership. "We want these assets to not only have commercial value, but also have social benefits, especially in providing added value to the community," she said.

This collaboration received a positive response from the Chairman of APJATEL, Jerry Mangasas Swandy. According to him, the synergy with Pos Properti opens new avenues for the telecommunications industry to be closer to the community. "We are optimistic that this collaboration will accelerate equitable digital access, even to remote areas of the country, including the 3T (frontier and remote) regions," Jerry emphasized.

Aldhita Prayudhiputra, Chief Commercial Officer of PT Pos Properti Indonesia, added that this initiative represents a tangible form of synergy between state-owned enterprises and strategic partners. Pos Properti affirms its position as a catalyst, bridging the utilization of state-owned enterprise assets with the needs of the national telecommunications industry. "Not only in terms of commercial optimization, but also in terms of real contributions to equitable digital access and infrastructure strengthening in various regions of Indonesia," Aldhita emphasized.

This Cooperation Agreement is based on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and the Indonesian Telecommunications Network Providers Association (APNI) on September 26, 2024, concerning collaboration and synergy to improve post office services and utilization.

PosIND assets are utilized through a lease agreement for a telecommunications network with a one-year agreement. At the outset of the agreement, 26 priority locations will be selected, starting from the Perawang Branch Office in Pekanbaru, Riau, Siaksriindapura Branch Office, Sungaiapit Branch Office, Jambi Branch Office, Jambi Sipin Branch Office, Kenali Asam Branch Office, Jambithehok Branch Office, Jambijelutung Branch Office, Jambi Telanai Pura Branch Office, East Jambi Branch Office, Danau Teluk Branch Office, Jambi Kota Baru Branch Office, Simpang Rimbo Branch Office, Jambi Sipin Ujung Branch Office, Cianjur Branch Office, Sindangbarang Branch Office, Cikalong Kulon Branch Office, Cimacam Branch Office, Cipanas Branch Office, Sukanagara Branch Office, Ciranjang Branch Office, Cibeber Branch Office, Cianjurmuka Branch Office, Singkawang Branch Office, Tujuh Belas Branch Office, and Alianyang Branch Office in Singkawang, West Kalimantan.

The signing of the cooperation agreement was witnessed by Corporate Secretary Tata Sugiarta, representing the Acting Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency (PLT). President Director of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Endy Pattia Rahmadi Abdurrahman, APJATEL Supervisory Board Dicky Tjokrosaputro and Bambang Prastowo, APJATEL Treasurer Victor Irianto, APJATEL management, and the leadership of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and PT Pos Properti Indonesia. The event was also attended online by EVP Regional I Medan, EVP Regional III Bandung, and EVP Regional VI Makassar.
