PosIND and Komdigi RI Agree on 2025 LPU Operational Subsidies
Jakarta, September 4, 2025 – PosIND officially signed a Universal Postal Service (LPU) Operational Subsidy Work Agreement for the 2025 Fiscal Year with the Directorate General of Digital Ecosystems at the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) of the Republic of Indonesia.
The agreement was signed by the Acting President Director of PosIND, Endy P. R. Abdurrahman, and the Director of Post and Broadcasting at Komdigi, Gunawan Hutagalung. Also in attendance was the Director of Business Development & Portfolio Management at PosIND, Prasabri Pesti.
Through this collaboration, PosIND affirms its commitment to providing equitable and affordable postal services to remote areas of the country. The LPU itself is a concrete manifestation of the state's presence in ensuring that everyone, without exception, can enjoy postal services of the same standard.
The Acting President Director of PosIND, Endy P. R. Abdurrahman, stated, "This step is crucial to ensure that all levels of society continue to receive postal services. We want to ensure connectivity and access remain open, from large cities to remote villages."
Meanwhile, the Director of Post and Broadcasting at Komdigi RI, Gunawan Hutagalung, added, "This subsidy is not just financial support, but part of a joint effort to maintain the continuity of public services. We hope that the public can continue to benefit from universal postal services wherever they are."
With this agreement, PosIND will continue to strengthen its role as the backbone of national logistics and communications services, while ensuring that public services remain inclusive and accessible.
