PosIND and the Ministry of Agriculture's Directorate General of Food Crops Collaborate to Strengthen Agricultural Logistics Distribution

Jakarta, October 6, 2025 – PosIND signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Directorate General of Food Crops (Ditjen TP) of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, as a strategic step to strengthen cooperation in the field of agricultural logistics. This collaboration aims to support the acceleration and equitable distribution of superior seeds, food crops, and agricultural production facilities throughout Indonesia.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was carried out by the Acting President Director of PosIND, Haris, and the Director General of Food Crops of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Yudi Sastro, S.P., M.P., witnessed by the leaders of both agencies, namely the Secretary of the Directorate General of Food Crops, Dr. Ahmad Musyafak, S.P., M.P., and the Director of Food Crop Seeds, Dr. Ir. Ladiyani Retno Widowati, M.Sc. Also in attendance from PosIND were EVP of Enterprise Business, Dino Ariyadi, and VP of Project Management, Richwan Boy.

Through this collaboration, PosIND plays a role in First-Middle-Last Mile Logistics services, with the ability to reach even the most remote areas of the country. Logistics support includes the distribution of superior seeds and food crops, the delivery of food safety test samples, and the distribution of documents and agricultural production inputs. With a network of more than 22,000 service points throughout Indonesia, PosIND is ready to ensure speed, accuracy, and security in every distribution process.

The Director General of Food Crops, Dr. Yudi Sastro, stated that the collaboration with PosIND is a concrete step towards strengthening the national food supply chain.

"We welcome this collaboration with PosIND, which has an extensive network and reliable distribution system. This collaboration will help accelerate the distribution of superior seeds and food crops so that the benefits can be felt more quickly by farmers throughout Indonesia," said Yudi Sastro.

Meanwhile, the Acting President Director of PosIND, Haris, emphasized the company's commitment to supporting the agricultural sector through integrated logistics services.

This Memorandum of Understanding demonstrates the concrete synergy between state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and the government in strengthening the national food security system. PosIND and the Directorate General of Food Crops are committed to continuously developing cooperation, not only in distribution but also in supporting other operational activities strategic to the Indonesian agricultural sector.
