Jakarta, October 18, 2025 – PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) or PosIND has once again been entrusted as a strategic partner of the government in the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for People's Welfare (Kesra). The symbolic distribution took place in front of the Cikini Branch Post Office in Central Jakarta, demonstrating the synergy between the government and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in supporting the acceleration of the national economic stimulus program.
The event was officially opened by Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, who was accompanied by Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Deputy Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Agency Tedi Bharata. The presence of these high-ranking state officials emphasized the importance of collaboration across ministries and institutions to ensure the swift, targeted, and transparent distribution of government assistance.
From PosIND, the event was attended by PosIND President Commissioner Muhammad Budi Djatmiko and Acting President Director Haris, who conveyed the company's commitment to continuously providing the best service to beneficiaries.
"As a state-owned enterprise with the most extensive distribution network in Indonesia, PosIND is committed to fully supporting the government's program to strengthen people's purchasing power and maintain national economic stability through the distribution of this Direct Cash Assistance (BLT Kesra)," said Haris, Acting President Director of PosIND.
This Direct Cash Assistance (BLT Kesra) program is part of the government's efforts to accelerate economic recovery and improve the welfare of low-income communities. PosIND, with a reach of more than 4,000 branch offices throughout Indonesia, is the main backbone in ensuring the smooth distribution of aid to remote areas.
Through this collaboration, PosIND plays a role not only as a distributor of aid but also as an agent of social change, supporting financial inclusion and equitable distribution of welfare throughout Indonesia.
