PosIND Holds GCG Assessment Entry Meeting for Fiscal Year 2024, Strengthening Corporate Transparency and Accountability

Bandung, September 16, 2025 – PosIND held an Entry Meeting for the 2024 Fiscal Year Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Assessment, attended by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as shareholder, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and the West Java Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The event was led by Acting President Director of PosIND, Endy P. R. Abdurrahman, and took place at PosIND's headquarters in Bandung.

During the event, it was emphasized that good corporate governance practices are not merely a regulatory obligation but must become part of the company's daily work culture. This assessment is a strategic step to strengthen transparency, accountability, and corporate integrity amidst the dynamics of the industry.

Acting President Director of PosIND, Endy P. R. Abdurrahman, emphasized that this GCG Assessment is a crucial step for PosIND to ensure that all business processes operate with integrity. We want corporate governance to not just be a formality, but a value embedded in our daily work culture.

He further added, "With consistent GCG implementation, PosIND is able to increase stakeholder trust, strengthen business sustainability, and make a tangible contribution to society and the national logistics industry."

Through this activity, PosIND hopes to strengthen the foundation of sound corporate governance, maintain business sustainability, and improve performance amidst increasingly competitive conditions. The GCG assessment is also expected to serve as a reference in developing future corporate strategies and innovations.
