PosIND Holds Q4 2026 RAPIM Meeting to Strengthen Logistics for Sustainable Growth

Bandung, January 20, 2026 — PosIND held its Q4 2026 Leadership Meeting (RAPIM) with the theme "Strengthening Logistics for Sustainable Growth," as a strategic forum to evaluate the company's performance throughout 2026 and formulate policy directions and the 2026 Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).
The event was attended by PosIND's President Commissioner, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Budi Djatmiko, the Board of Directors, Senior Leaders, EVPs from Regions I to VI, and leaders of PosIND's subsidiaries and affiliates from across Indonesia.
Haris, Acting President Director of PosIND and Director of Financial Services Business, stated that the Q4 RAPIM serves as a strategic consolidation momentum to strengthen the company's business and operational performance amidst the ever-evolving dynamics of the logistics and financial services industries.
"2026 marks the year of Pos Indonesia's transformation into a national logistics orchestrator, with a focus on strengthening its core logistics and sustainably optimizing the ecosystem, both strategically and in execution," Haris emphasized during the Q4 2026 RAPIM Town Hall.
During the Q4 2026 RAPIM, PosIND also signed seven Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and Cooperation Agreements (PKS) with national and international strategic partners. This collaboration encompasses the utilization of services, strengthening the middle and last mile, developing business potential, and enhancing human resource competencies.
Partners collaborating with PosIND include the University of Logistics and International Business, PT Botani Seed Indonesia, PT Lalamove Logistik Indonesia, PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa, PT Perusahaan Bongkar Muat Sarana Bandar Nasional, PT Albatros Logistik Express, and W Express Sdn. Bhd. from Malaysia.
The signing of these MoUs and PKS is expected to expand PosIND's strategic partnership network, improve the efficiency and quality of logistics services, and strengthen the company's competitiveness at the national and international levels.
In addition, the Q4 2026 RAPIM also included a sharing session with DHL Express, a presentation on the 2026 performance evaluation and 2026 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) by the Regional EVP, the presentation of the Karya Jasa Award to outstanding PosIND personnel, the PosIND Award, and a Town Hall Meeting and strategic direction for the 2026 RKAP by the Acting President Director.
Through this Q4 2026 RAPIM, PosIND affirmed its commitment to continuing its sustainable transformation, strengthening the national logistics ecosystem, and delivering company growth that adds value to the community, stakeholders, and the nation.
