PosIND Inaugurates 38 New Employees of the Management Trainee (MT) Program, Batch 31 of the Postal Service Bond (Pos ID) in 2025

Bandung, October 23, 2025 – PosIND held the inauguration and swearing-in ceremony for the 31st batch of Pos Ikatan Dinas (Pos ID) Management Trainee (MT) Program employees in 2025 at the Auditorium of the University of Logistics and International Business (ULBI), Bandung. This event marked a crucial milestone for the company in preparing the next generation ready to strengthen PosIND's business and operational transformation throughout Indonesia.

The event began with the singing of the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, the Indonesian Postal March, and the recitation of the AKHLAK Affirmation. The event was followed by a report from the Director of Human Capital Management, Asih Kurniasari Komar. In her report, Asih explained that 110 applicants participated in the program, who underwent a rigorous selection process, including administration, online psychological testing, interviews, and medical examinations. From all stages, 38 top participants were selected, who are now officially part of the PosIND family.

"This Management Trainee Program is part of PosIND's human resource development strategy to produce future leaders with integrity, adaptability, and a spirit of innovation. We hope the participants will bring a new spirit and become agents of change in their respective work units," said Asih Kurniasari Komar, Director of Human Capital Management at PosIND.

The inauguration ceremony included the reading of the Employee Appointment Decree and the swearing-in ceremony led by the Acting President Director of PosIND, Haris. This moment marked the official entry of the MT participants into the PosIND work environment.

Present at the event were Dr. Kiagus Muhammad Amran, S.E., M.M., Chairman of the Bhakti Pos Indonesia Education Foundation (YPBPI), which oversees the University of Logistics and International Business (ULBI), and Dr. Prety Diawati, S.Sos., M.M., Vice Rector III of ULBI. The presence of the ULBI staff symbolizes the ongoing collaboration between academia and industry in producing superior human resources ready to contribute to PosIND.

In his remarks and direction, the Acting President Director of PosIND, Haris, stated, "The inauguration ceremony was held at the PosIND headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. PosIND's President Director, Haris, expressed his appreciation and delivered an important message to the new employees.

"In Pos Indonesia's 279-year history, all employees should be proud to be part of a company with a long history of serving the nation. Thank your parents and demonstrate that you will succeed at Pos Indonesia. Wherever you are placed, use the experience as a learning experience. Don't be easily tempted by negative influences, and never tire of continuing to learn," Haris urged.

Haris also advised the MT participants to maintain their enthusiasm for learning and continue developing themselves as the company's next generation amidst increasingly dynamic business challenges. He emphasized that PosIND needs young people who are creative, possess integrity, and are able to adapt to the digital changes the company is currently undergoing.

The 38 participants of the Pos ID MT Class XXXI will occupy Branch Office Supervisor positions across Regions 1 to 6, including the furthest placement in Manokwari, West Papua. This assignment demonstrates the participants' dedication and readiness to contribute across PosIND's various operational areas.

The PosIND MT Program, Batch 31, ran from the registration stage on December 31, 2024, to October 2025. It included on-the-job training, in-class training, character building, and the preparation of a contribution paper as a final exam. This program is designed to develop superior, resilient human resources who are ready to become future leaders within PosIND.

The inauguration concluded with a commemorative video of the MT activities and the announcement of the participants' placements. The entire board of directors and management congratulated the new employees, who are ready to carry out their responsibilities and contribute to building a more advanced future for PosIND.

This inauguration marks a concrete step by PosIND in preparing the next generation of young people ready to bring change. With a spirit of AKHLAK and a spirit of service, the new employees are expected to achieve success and make a real contribution to PosIND's transformation into a modern and sustainable logistics and finance company.
