Bandung, November 24, 2025 — PosIND has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of the competency of the younger generation through the implementation of the MagangHub Onboarding Program Batch II 2025, part of the National Internship Program organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
Twenty-five participants officially began their six-month internship journey at various PosIND work units. The onboarding event took place at the Bandung Head Post Office and was opened by Nurhidayati Agustini, Senior Vice President of Human Capital Services & Business Partner, and Iwan Budi Santosa, Vice President of Human Capital Development.
During the briefing session, participants gained an in-depth understanding of PosIND's work culture, company values, and operations as a foundation before entering their respective units.
Participants also followed general instructions from the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Yassierli, via a live YouTube broadcast as part of the opening of the National MagangHub Program.
These materials were prepared to help participants understand the work systems, service standards, and professional ethics within a modern logistics company environment.
During the internship, participants will be accompanied by mentors and directly involved in various operational activities in PosIND's strategic units. This program is expected to provide professional experience that strengthens their readiness to enter the workforce.
PosIND believes that internship programs like MagangHub are a crucial step in preparing a competent, adaptable young generation that is ready to face the challenges of the logistics and digital industries.
