4. Providing easy access to public information through effective and efficient media.
5. Handling public information requests in a responsive and timely manner.
6. Preparing dedicatedly competent information service officers.
7. Monitoring and evaluating internal performance in public information services.
8. Do not charge fees that are not in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.
